Hey adventurers! 👋 As we're still exploring Hyrule years after launch, I know upgrading your Energy Cell is a must for all those amazing Zonai devices. You need Crystallized Charges, and for that, you need to find the Forge Constructs. Don't worry, I've got you covered with this updated 2026 guide to every single one! Let's dive in.

First, a quick tip: remember the difference between a Forge Construct and a Crystal Refinery. A Forge Construct is where you trade your hard-earned your-complete-2026-guide-to-finding-all-forge-constructs-in-tears-of-the-kingdom-image-0 Zonaite Ore for Crystallized Charges. Think of it as the shop. The Crystal Refinery is where you actually spend those charges to upgrade your Energy Cell's capacity. There are only two refineries: one on the Great Sky Island and one just north of Lookout Landing (the Lookout Landing one is way easier to get to!).

Now, onto the main event! Most Forge Constructs are in mines. A heads-up: many of these mines are crawling with enemies, especially the Yiga Clan. 😤 You might need to clear them out first before the Construct will talk to you. Just walk up and interact with it once the coast is clear.

🌤️ The Sky Island Forge Construct

Believe it or not, there's one Forge Construct NOT in the Depths! You can find it on the Great Sky Island.

  • How to get there: Teleport to the Room of Awakening. Walk outside, turn right, and jump off the edge.

  • Glide down past a small island with a pond. You'll see a cave opening with rails at the bottom.

  • Follow the rails inside the Mining Cave, and you'll find the Forge Construct. You actually pass through here during the tutorial!

⬇️ All Forge Constructs in The Depths

The remaining ten are all down in the scary (but rewarding) Depths. Each is inside a named mine. I've listed them all with the easiest way to reach them.

Here are some visual guides for trickier spots:

The Abandoned Hebra Mine is right under Rito Village.

For the Eldin Mine, I highly recommend doing the Yunobo quest first—it guides you right to the area safely.

Pro-Tips for Your Hunt:

  • Yiga Clan Mines: Several mines (Central, Gerudo, Lanayru, Hebra) are part of the "Master Kohga of the Yiga Clan" side adventure. Completing it clears out enemies and makes accessing those Forge Constructs a breeze.

  • Chasm Strategy: Always mark the associated chasm on your map. The Depths mirror the surface, so if a mine is under a village, heading towards that village's surface location from the chasm usually works.

  • Supplies: When heading to remote mines like Lurelin or Gerudo, bring plenty of Brightbloom Seeds, food, and weapons. The Depths are no joke!

That's everything, explorers! With this 2026 guide, you should be able to track down every Forge Construct, trade in all that Zonaite, and max out your Energy Cell in no time. Happy mining, and may your Zonai devices never run out of power! 💙✨
